The time recorded using a 24 hour clock, that a PATIENT leaves an ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT after an ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY ATTENDANCE has concluded.

Notes: This time will be different from the A+E ATTENDANCE CONCLUSION TIME for patients who wait for patient transport or who are LODGED PATIENTS prior to admission to a WARD. The PATIENT may leave the ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT temporarily during an ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY ATTENDANCE, e.g. for an X-ray but they remain under the care of an Accident and Emergency CONSULTANT.
