A classification of the type of booking system used for the PATIENTS admission. In any booked system (partial or full) the patient is given the choice of when to attend. In a partial booking system the patient is given an indication of how long the wait will be and is contacted by the HEALTH CARE PROVIDER at some point after the decision to admit to be given a choice of dates for the admission. In a full booking system the patient should be given the opportunity to book an admission date within one working day of the decision to admit.
