e.	Adult receiving Disabled Person's Tax Credit (DPTC)
f.	Adult receiving Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)
g.	Adult on low income (HC2)
h.	Registered blind/partially sighted
i.	Diabetic or glaucoma sufferer
j.	Complex lenses prescribed
k.	Adult aged 40 and over who is a relative of glaucoma sufferer, or who are considered to be at risk
l.	Adult aged 60 and over
