A classification of a treatment EXPOSURE.

Classification:

a.	Initial exposure given by a HEALTH CARE PROVIDER to a PATIENT for a particular lesion of a disease (or lesions if treated together), i.e. start of a primary course
b.	First exposure on a subsequent RADIOTHERAPY TREATMENT COURSE for a particular lesion of a disease (or lesions if treated together)
c.	Subsequent exposure on a course of treatment, i.e. not the initial or first as above
