IMMUNISATION DISEASE TYPE (deleted)

A disease, or group of diseases, against which an IMMUNISATION PROGRAMME is directed, or for which a GENERAL MEDICAL PRACTITIONER may deliver a VACCINATION SERVICE, for which a fee may be claimed.
