JOINT REPLACEMENT REVISION INDICATION

An indication that a joint replacement needs revising, perhaps because the IMPLANT used to replace a joint has become worn over time or the IMPLANT has been fitted recently and is not working correctly (perhaps as a result of the IMPLANT being faulty).

The reasons behind the required revision of a joint replacement are identified through the JOINT REPLACEMENT REVISION CLASSIFICATION.
