For purposes of the Mental Health Minimum Dataset (MHMD) collection record, HONOS SCORE DATE (MOST RECENT IN MHCS) is the HONOS RATING of the HONOS SCORE FOR PERSON with the latest HONOS SCORE DATE within the MENTAL HEALTH CARE SPELL whether or not the HONOS SCORE DATE is within the REPORTING PERIOD.
