1. This diagram shows the classes concerned with CLINICAL INTERVENTIONS associated with a PATIENT.

2. CLINICAL INTERVENTIONS include treatments, investigations and any procedures performed on the PATIENT.

3. PATIENT PROCEDURES must be classified by the appropriate CLINICAL CLASSIFICATION.

4. CARE PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT shows the number of CARE PROFESSIONALS who had involvement in the intervention.
