CM010 - FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES

1. This diagram shows the classes relevant to family planning services.

2. These services are provided at FAMILY PLANNING CLINICS, during CLINIC ATTENDANCES FAMILY PLANNING and FAMILY PLANNING DOMICILIARY VISITS to a PATIENT’s home.

3. Each VASECTOMY PERFORMED by a SERVICE POINT, with the exception of those performed on PATIENTS using a hospital bed or as day cases, is also required.

4. MATERNITY DOMICILIARY VISITS to PATIENTS may be made by the DOMICILIARY SERVICE.
