Each ANTI-CANCER DRUG PROGRAMME

K	must be provided in one and only one CANCER CARE SPELL
	must be the responsibility of one and only one CONSULTANT
	must be part of one and only one SERVICE
	may be comprised of one or more ANTI-CANCER DRUG REGIMEN
