	may be subject to one or more CANCER CLINICAL STATUS ASSESSMENT
	may be associated for endocrine therapy with one or more ENDOCRINE THERAPY
	may be associated with one or more PATIENT CLINICAL TRIAL STATUS
	may be related as primary diagnosis to one and only one PATIENT DIAGNOSIS
	may be associated with one or more PATIENT PROCEDURE
