K	must be related to one and only one OUT-PATIENT CLINIC
	must be related to one and only one SERVICE
	may be associated with one and only one MATERNITY MEDICAL SERVICE
	may be related to one and only one NURSE OR MIDWIFE CONTACT
	may be related to one and only one OUT-PATIENT APPOINTMENT NON-CONSULTANT
