Each COMMUNITY EPISODE

K	must be related to one and only one PATIENT
K	must be related to one and only one SERVICE
	must be the responsibility of one and only one NURSE
	must be an episode within one and only one NURSING IN THE COMMUNITY PROGRAMME
	may be related to one or more DRUG MISUSE EPISODE
	may be related to one or more FACE TO FACE CONTACT COMMUNITY CARE
