Each CONSULTANT EPISODE (ACUTE HOME-BASED)

K	must be classified for main specialty of responsible consultant by one and only one CONSULTANT SPECIALTY FUNCTION
K	must be an episode of care for one and only one PATIENT
	must be acute home-based care for a patient at one and only one ADDRESS ASSOCIATION
	must be acute home-based care within one and only one SERVICE
	may be recorded by one or more ACUTE HOME-BASED CONTACT
	may be associated with one or more PATIENT DIAGNOSIS
	may be associated with one or more PATIENT PROCEDURE
