Each DAY CARE ATTENDANCE

K	must be related to one and only one DAY CARE SESSION
K	must be if patient using a hospital bed within one and only one CARE EPISODE
K	or must be if patient not using a hospital bed within one and only one REGULAR ATTENDER EPISODE
	may be for treatment for one or more PATIENT PROCEDURE
