K	must be related to one and only one PATIENT
	may be the result of one and only one ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY EPISODE
	or may be the result of one and only one OUT-PATIENT ATTENDANCE CONSULTANT
	must be related to one and only one RIGHT OF ADMISSION
	may be related to one or more ELECTIVE ADMISSION LIST ENTRY
	may be related to one or more HOSPITAL PROVIDER SPELL
	may be related to one and only one PLANNED SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED
