Each LABOUR AND DELIVERY

K	must be related to one and only one PREGNANCY EPISODE
	may be for the mother within one and only one CONSULTANT EPISODE (HOSPITAL PROVIDER)
	or may be for the mother within one and only one MIDWIFE EPISODE
	must be provided within one and only one SERVICE
	may be related to one or more ANAESTHETIC OR ANALGESIC ADMINISTERED
	may be related to one or more PATIENT PROCEDURE
	may be related to one or more REGISTRABLE BIRTH
