Each MENTAL HEALTH CARE TEAM

	must be a team within one and only one FUNCTIONAL GROUP
	may be comprised of one or more MENTAL HEALTH CARE TEAM MEMBER
	may be responsible for one or more RESPONSIBLE MENTAL HEALTH CARE TEAM
