	must be within one and only one CARE HOME STAY (MIDWIFE CARE)
	must be related to one and only one MIDWIFE
	must be provided within one and only one SERVICE
	may be related to one or more LABOUR AND DELIVERY
	may be to one and only one PREGNANCY EPISODE
