K	must be related to one and only one HEALTH CARE PROVIDER
	must be in the charge of one and only one CONSULTANT
	must be comprised of one or more PATHOLOGY LABORATORY
	must be related to one and only one SERVICE POINT
	may be related to one or more POST MORTEM
