K	must be related to one and only one HEALTH CARE PROVIDER
	must be in the charge of one and only one CONSULTANT
	may be related to one or more IMAGING OR RADIODIAGNOSTIC EVENT
	may be related to one or more RADIOLOGY INVESTIGATION PLAN
	may be related to one or more RADIOLOGY INVESTIGATION RESULT ITEM
	may be related to one or more RADIOLOGY LOCATION
