K	must be related to one and only one HEALTH CARE PROVIDER
	must be related to one and only one SERVICE POINT
	may be the operators of one or more RADIOTHERAPY MACHINE
	may be responsible for one or more RADIOTHERAPY TREATMENT COURSE
