K	must be related to one and only one OPERATING THEATRE SESSION
	must be related to one and only one PATIENT
	may be for emergency and unscheduled sessions the responsibility of one and only one CONSULTANT
	may be related to one or more PATIENT PROCEDURE
	may be related to one and only one TREATMENT FUNCTION
