1. This diagram shows classes relevant to PROF ADVICE AND SUPPORT PROGRAMMES. A PROF ADVICE AND SUPPORT PROGRAMME is aimed at delivering professional advice and support to a defined target population and is therefore a type of HEALTH PROGRAMME.

2. The activities involved in PROF ADVICE AND SUPPORT PROGRAMMES are those which fall outside STRUCTURED PROGRAMMES. Thus any PERSON who receives individual advice or support outside of a STRUCTURED PROGRAMME will be admitted to a PROF ADVICE AND SUPPORT PROGRAMME as a PERSON IN ADVICE AND SUPPORT PROGRAMME.
