GN070 - WRITTEN COMPLAINTS

1. This diagram shows WRITTEN COMPLAINTS that have been submitted to an ORGANISATION.

2. Each WRITTEN COMPLAINT to an ORGANISATION will concern patient services. An ORGANISATION may receive one or more WRITTEN COMPLAINTS and each is subtyped as either as a WRITTEN COMPLAINT ON FHS or a WRITTEN COMPLAINT ON HCHS.

3. Each WRITTEN COMPLAINT should contain details of the complainant's ETHNIC CATEGORY. ETHNIC CATEGORY information may also be recorded for staff against whom the WRITTEN COMPLAINT is directed.
