For AMBULANCE STATIONS this is the time the station is open recorded in hours.

For RADIOTHERAPY MACHINES used for treatment this should be the time in hours that each was actually available for use.

For ACCIDENT AND EMERGENCY DEPARTMENTS this should be;

a.	Intended to be open 168 hours a week
b.	Intended to be open for less than 168 hours a week.
