CLINICAL SIGN OR SYMPTOM

An objective indication of the existence of a disease or condition as perceptible to the examiner (sign) or the subjective evidence of a disease or condition as reported by the PERSON (symptom). This includes signs and symptoms such as weight loss, jaundice, abdominal pain, headaches, dysphagia, vomiting and anaemia.
