Note: Iceland and Sweden are within the European Economic Area but there is also a reciprocal treatment arrangement for their residents who are not nationals of those countries.

b.	Reciprocal agreement applying to nationals only (list A in the Patients Guide)
c.	European Social Charter signatory but no reciprocal agreement with the UK
