An indicator of whether the PATHOLOGY LABORATORY examining the cervical smear was the same laboratory that initially received the smear, whether it received the smear and passed it to another laboratory for examination or whether it received the smear from another laboratory.

This indicator is used in KC61 to record information about the number of smears passed from one PATHOLOGY LABORATORY to another for examination.
