Note: An individual may receive care from more than one DRUG MISUSE AGENCY, particularly over a period of time. However, DRUG MISUSER records will be created and maintained by each DRUG MISUSE AGENCY who will identify each record with a DRUG MISUSE DATABASE NUMBER.
