EMPLOYEE CONTRACT

A written agreement of the terms of employment between an ORGANISATION and an EMPLOYEE. There should be at least one EMPLOYEE CONTRACT for each EMPLOYEE.

Note: Junior doctors will have EMPLOYEE CONTRACT(s) for protected arrangements based on Units of Medical Time (Basic, Class A, Class B) or hours (Basic with probably Class 1, Class 2 or Class 3).
