Each MATERNITY MEDICAL SERVICE

	must be in relation to one and only one PREGNANCY EPISODE
	may be be provided during one or more CLINIC ATTENDANCE NON-CONSULTANT
	may be the delivery of anaesthetic services by one and only one GENERAL MEDICAL PRACTITIONER
	may be be provided during one or more GMP CONSULTATION
