A record that a PERSON has consented to be added to the NHS Organ Donor Register for a particular ORGAN DONATION TYPE of body parts to be used for transplantation after their death.

The PERSON may make a single or multiple choice of organs to be donated, in the latter case they will have multiple ORGAN DONATION CONSENTS.
