A claim made by a GENERAL MEDICAL PRACTITIONER to a PRIMARY CARE TRUST for payment or reimbursement, other than for ITEMS OF SERVICE DELIVERY. These claims include the maintenance and improvement of GENERAL MEDICAL SERVICES PREMISES.

Note that OTHER CLAIMS BY GMPS cannot be made by those GENERAL MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS who hold a Personal Medical Services, as opposed to a General Medical Services, contract.
