This is a period of care for a regular day attender attending one or more DAY CARE FACILITIES of a HEALTH CARE PROVIDER within a particular DAY CARE FUNCTIONS. Regular day attenders are PATIENTS attending a DAY CARE FACILITY who are not currently using a hospital bed or on HOME LEAVE or on LEAVE OF ABSENCE for a period of 28 days or less.
