Definition:
This is a mandatory data element, starting at 1 and is a sequentially incremented number for each record within an individual MHMDS file.
A maximum value of 9999999 is supported.
The number must be reset for each new MHMDS file.

Usage:
For each record within an MHMDS file the MHMDS RECORD NUMBER is assigned to provide a unique identity (within that file).
