  • Certificate of registry showing given names and family names.
  • GRO copy.
  • Foreign marriage certificate (under religious or national law of the country).
If Value is D:
Level 0 - Not Verified.
Level 1 - Confirmation of divorce from Verification of Marriage Unit.
Level 2 - One of the following :
  • Decree Absolute.
  • Certificate of registry showing given names and family name.
  • GRO copy.
  • Foreign decree of divorce effective under the law of the country.
If Value is W:
Level 0 - Not Verified / Interim Death certificate.
Level 1 - One of the following:
  • Notification from Hospital.
  • Police Statement.
Level 2 - One of the following :
  • Documented Coroners Verdict.
