Background:
The following central returns have been discontinued:
- KH05 Summary of Ward Attenders, discontinued from 1st April 2003
- KH14 NHS Day Care, discontinued from 1st April 2003
- QMCW - Cancer Waiting Times, discontinued from 1st April 2004
It should be noted that information on day care attendances continues to be required for the Local Delivery Plan Return (LDPR).
